Je nach Zubereitung (Filterkaffee mit Stempelkanne, Karlsbader Kanne, Papierfilter wie Chemex, Hario oder Kalita etc. sowie Espresso mit Bialetti-Herdkanne oder auch Siebtr\u00e4germaschine) sind wichtige Parameter die Menge an Kaffee und der richtige Mahlgrad.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der italienischen Phase mit Espresso, Cappuccino und Caff\u00e8 Latte zeigt sich aktuell wieder ein deutlicher Trend zu qualitativen Filterkaffees. Der H\u00f6hepunkt dieser Entwicklung findet man bei den so genannten \u201eThird Wave-Kaffees\u201c, helle R\u00f6stungen mit kaum schmeckbarem R\u00f6staroma lassen die Ursprungs-Aromen sehr
