Sonnenblumenkerne<br>100 ml \u00d6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 gr. Dinkel oder Haferkleie<br>50 gr. Kartoffelp\u00fcree Pulver<br>50 gr. Leinsamen Mehl<br>50 gr. Leinsamen (Gold)<br>50 ml Agavendicksaft<br>15 gr. Salz<br>700 ml Wasser<br> <br>Alle Zutaten gut vermischen, Wasser teilweise dazu geben und mit Knethacken glatt verr\u00fchren. Zwei Kastenbackformen einfetten und mit Sesam oder Leinsamen bestreuen. Teig auf zwei Teile schneiden. In jeden Kasten reinlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15 Minuten bei 230 Grad vorerst backen.
